Galeon Yachts have been built in Poland for over 40 years using modern techniques with old world craftsmanship. While building an extensive line of luxury yachts and cruisers, the latest entrant into their line of cruisers is also their smallest, a 32 ft 9 in, model that comes with outboard power – a first of several to come from Galeon.
The Galeon 325 GTO is loaded with innovative new accoutrements including a large helm area that has 2 heavily padded, bolstered, and adjustable bucket style seats similar to what you might find in a high-end sports car. The helm itself is a work of art with its myriad of switches, gauges, cell phone chargers and even a recessed inductive charging station.
You will find seating for 7 guests in the cockpit in some of the most comfortable and adjustable bench seats I have ever seen, plus the boat can seat 5 in the comfortable bow seating. Recessed interior LED courtesy lighting allows you to move around the entire boat easily at night. A sink, single burner electric grill, and refrigerator in the cockpit area are standard equipment in this cruiser, perfect for weekends on the hook, or a trip to the Bahamas.
The cabin has sleeping accommodations for 4 adults, and 6 can sit at the U-shaped rectangular dining table, and there are glass windows throughout the cabin area making for great visibility down below. If you have a multitude of guests on board, there is a stand-up head and shower that is very roomy for a 32 ft boat.
Mechanically the boat comes with a stainless-steel Delta plow anchor attached to a 12v windlass, with eight large pull up cleats, four on each side allow securing the boat to any dock or bulkhead. Standard power is Mercury Verado outboards that come with digital throttle and shifting, and the Mercury Joystick controller makes docking the 32-footer a snap as you can literally walk the boat up a dock.
