Dubbed the world’s biggest bay boat, Tidewater Boats’ 3100 Carolina Bay is a 70-mph boat that comes standard with twin 400-hp Mercury Marine V10 Verado outboards.
The 3100 Carolina Bay (31’1” LOA, 10’2” beam) with a 17-degree deadrise and Carolina flare delivers a dry ride in snotty conditions. The driver and passengers are protected by a T-top with a full glass enclosure, while the Garmin electronics package includes dual screens and radar. Fishing features include a 20-gallon bow livewell and a 30-gallon Aquarium livewell in the leaning post with a tackle center. A cool feature worth noting is the electric actuating steps to help with boarding.
