The 57 FLY is the company’s new flagship, delivering luxury and performance.

When Cruisers Yachts started designing its new flagship model nearly 18 months ago, engineers discovered a pleasant surprise when measuring the yacht.

Originally, Cruisers Yachts was planning to build a 55-foot yacht, but a custom swim platform extended the yacht by 2 feet, leading Cruisers to name it the 57 FLY to reflect its true size.

“The 57 FLY represents a new chapter for Cruisers Yachts,” said Mark Pedersen, company president. “It showcases our commitment to thoughtful design and engineering. This model is the result of meticulous planning and dedication, and we’re thrilled to share it with the boating community.”

When the 57 FLY makes its debut at the 2025 Miami International Boat Show in February, it will be the first new model from the Wisconsin builder since 2022. Developed in partnership with Luiz Debasto of Debasto Designs, the 57 FLY leans into seamless indoor-outdoor integration that consumers are demanding these days.

Pedersen said the design prioritizes the connection to the water by using expansive windows for natural light and an open-concept layout. The flybridge is the focal point for the new yacht for entertaining and to pilot the boat if the captain wants.

A fiberglass hardtop protects the U-shaped seating area that can accommodate up to 12 people. A hi-lo table allows guests to enjoy a meal with easy access to a portside galley that includes a sink, refrigerator and storage. Cruisers offers an optional grill, an additional refrigerator and ice maker to save unnecessary trips up and down the stairs to the salon.

When the weather is nice, owners will want to take advantage of the flybridge helm that features Volvo IPS joystick controls for the 750-hp Volvo Penta D11 950 IPS. The 57 FLY has a 34.7 mph top speed.

The salon offers several social areas with a sliding door that provides direct access to the salon. In addition to a well-equipped galley and a sliding window for serving guests, Cruisers Yachts included U-shaped seating with a convertible dinette table. For entertainment, a 55-inch QLED TV rises from the starboard settee.

Sun worshippers will appreciate the bow’s flexible layout that includes adjustable sunpad seats, a forward-facing bench seat and removable tables. The seating can be repositioned to create a space for relaxing.

To maximize space on the 57 FLY, Cruisers Yachts includes a veranda. With the touch of a button, the portside hull lowers to provide water-level views. Two removable bar stools are locked in place and a guardrail is provided for safety.

When it comes time to get into the water, the large hydraulic swim platform is a versatile offering for large water toys. A wet head is directly accessible from the platform to port. A couple of sun loungers hide away on the transom when not in use. Parents can keep an eye on young children from the seating area above the swim platform while enjoying food and drinks.

The transom can be converted to an optional crew quarter with a mattress, refrigerator and air conditioning, but Cruisers anticipate most 57 FLY will be owner operated.

“Designing the 57 FLY was a journey of exploration,” said Devon Palmer, Cruisers Yachts’ senior industrial engineer. “Our goal was to innovate without losing sight of comfort and practicality. Every detail was considered to create a yacht that deepens the connection to the water while maintaining functionality.”

Living accommodations are centered around the full-beam master suite with an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower, designer sink and an ocean-view window. Cruisers Yachts used only premium finishes for the cabin that features a queen berth, lounge area and a large wardrobe. Owners have the option to add a 32” TV and a wine chiller.

The forward VIP stateroom has a queen berth and shares the bathroom with the third stateroom, which has twin berths and comes with a 32” QLED TV. Both living spaces offer excellent headroom and stowage for overnighting.

The yachting community has put a priority on sustainability, and the 57 FLY is no different. Cruisers Yachts incorporated eco-friendly features such as the use of energy-efficient lighting and use of natural materials. The hull was designed to reduce fuel consumption and improve the cruising range.

To keep the ride comfortable, Cruisers include a Seakeeper 9 gyrostabilizer as part of the package.

By drawing on its past models and with an eye to the future, the 57 FLY should be Cruisers Yachts’ flagship model for years to come.
