The unsinkable legend is out with a brand new Conquest model – the 325 Conquest features a “split personality” design with equal parts of fishing features and cruising features.
Available in eleven different hull colours, this new 32’ Conquest is based on a keel-up redesign of her hull, resulting in a smooth ride with better planing and stability. Performance is ensured both in and offshore via twin Mercury Verado 300hp V8 outboards with DTS and optional available joystick for the ultimate in control and maneuverability.
On deck you’ll find swim platform with a starboard side walk-thu into the cockpit, which features an aft bench (that flips out of the way) padding coming all around, and a grill in a pull-out drawn under the companion seat. To starboard, a door in the hullside opens at just above water level.
Up one step you’ll find an prep centre just behind the helm chair, to port a double wide bench seat forms the base of the l-shaped ultra-convertible lounge that runs up the port side. The flip-fold seat back in the companion seat folds aft, forward or lays flat depending on the number of guests aboard and seating requirements. It’s all under a hardtop with rocket launcher rod holders mounted to the supports. There are cupholders everywhere you look.
Down below, an overnighting cabin features a convertible v-berth/sofa with filler cushions, and mid-berth under the cabin sole. On deck, a nearly full beam sunpad makes this space exceptionally useable. The list of optional accessories includes A/C and heat, a generator, fore-and aft sunshades, but one of the best things is the Build Your Whaler tool on their website.
The 325 Conquest is a family cabin cruiser for sure with a spacious cabin perfect for overnighting, but with stainless toe rails, a prep centre, and a cockpit designed for fishing she might be the perfect crossover boat for everyone in the family.
