The 2024 Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show Opens Tomorrow 

Edmonton, AB – Alberta’s outdoor enthusiasts can get excited as the annual Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show will make its return to the show floor starting tomorrow. The Expo Centre will move in hundreds of hunting, fishing, camping, boating and powersport exhibitors, March 14-17.

Visitors are encouraged to take part in the many interactive features the show has to offer over the course of the weekend:

• • The Kids Fishing Pond managed by Edmonton Fish & Game.
  • The National Archery in the Schools Program, (NASP), brought to you by AHEIA – Provincial School Archery Finals, will have over 2400 kids competing over the weekend!
  • The Alberta Hunter Education Instructors Association (AHEIA) will be teaching outdoor skills and conservation, and are once again hosting the provincial NASP Archery finals!
  • Wes David of Fishing The Wild Wes TV and Brody Teale of Non-Typical Nation, the show’s official ambassadors, will be hosting meet and greets.
  • Safari Club International Northern AB Chapter – they are hosting Sensory Safari – an interactive and educational event for the family.  They are also bringing the Archery Trap!  This is your chance to try skeet shooting with bow and arrow!
  • The Casting Pond presented by Out Fly Fishing
  • Calgary Reptile Parties will be bringing reptiles to the show!
  • Fly Tying – the Northern Lights Fly Fishers Club is on site all weekend long teaching all the fly tying skills.
  • STACYC will be bringing an e-bike demo area! This is the perfect spot for the kids to come and try out the newest in STACYC e-bikes!
  • Trailrunners will be showcasing their hunting dogs, putting on demos all weekend long to demonstrate these dogs amazing skills!

WildTV is back with their fan-favorite Outdoor Stage that will feature guest presentations over the course of the event. Come and meet local outdoors celebrities and learn all the tips and tricks.
