It’s safe to say MasterCraft hits hard with their new models and re-designs each time it happens. For 2020, MasterCraft introduces the newly re-designed X26. With its unique layout, state of the art technology, and premium amenities, the X26 screams ‘Beast mode’.
A lot of focus and engineering have been put towards the ride and drive of the X26. The much steeper deadrise forward provides ultimate stability and smooth ride in the roughest of water. Couple this with its optional bow thrusters, and dock star handling system, that makes the X26 nimble and agile for the size of the ride. The hull of the X26 has been re-designed to favor, massive aggressive surf waves, and clean cut wakeboard wakes. With the award winning Gen 2 Surf System, MasterCraft has fine-tuned the rear hull shape to provide more lip and transition to its waves and wakes. Gen 2 Surf System carries the reputation of the most versatile surf system on the market. Beginner to Professional profiles are all easily obtainable with the Gen 2 Surf System. Although it doesn’t stop there, equipped standard with the ILMOR 6.2 GDI engine, the Gen 2 Surf System provides 20% more push than any other surf system on the market, and statistically uses 30-40% less fuel consumption over its competitors. Yes, please!
The interior layout of the X26 provides all-day comfort for your entire crew with its unique features. Experience a flawless and unique side bow walk through, that allows for more space in the bow for extra comfort and luxury. The cockpit ergonomics unique to the X26 features a passenger flip seat, a driver rear facing seat, and the effortless center convertible rear seat so you always have the option to see the action from anywhere in the boat. For longer dayson the water, the X26 offers an optional head, and optional pull-out refrigerator. A step-through transom provides depth and comfort, and transom lounge seats are lavishly molded and sit deep in the rear of the boat with generous back rests – optional foot rests are available. A storage component is located on the engine box to keep your vest warmed up before you ride. Crowned with the elegant billet aluminum ZFT4 collapsible tower, or ZFT5 power tower, the effortlessness to fold and open tower is amongst one of the simplest engineered towers in the industry. The surf sleeve bimini is available with each surf packaged boat, and extra tower racks for wakeboard and surf boards are available as well.
The helm of the X26 can be equipped with Premium Audio and Dual Screen dash. That holds its’ reputation of being one of the most convenient displays and set ups in the industry. Select from a comprehensive list of wakeboard and surf profiles, or design you own at the touch of a button. GPS Navigation is standard on all MasterCraft X and XT models, and is conveniently located along with a rear backup camera on the center screen display. Exclusively, Klipsch audio powers the stereo for ultimate clarity and projection.
It comes as no surprise that MasterCraft continues their legacy in quality and performance with the 2020 X26. If you’re looking for a boat that does it all with ease, and handles open water and chop like a champ, the X26 will deliver it all, and so much more.
