The Avalon Ambassador Windshield Elite is designed for those who would like the size and stability of a pontoon boat, yet still have the ability to really move when they want.
Avalon’s Ambassador line is one of the company’s finest. As a Luxury line model, the standard features are top notch. There are a few different configurations of the Ambassador. The Windshield Elite option is intended for those who like to spend their time on the lake at high speed. Of course, this doesn’t take away from the excellent comfort and spaciousness of the layout. There is a large ‘L’-shaped couch towards the stern, as well as a straight ‘loveseat’ style couch along the port side. Two more benches forward complete the design which can accommodate up to 16 people.
The Windshield Elite is built on top of the Waveglider pontoon system. The basis of this design is three pontoons, all at 27” inches wide and running the full-length of the platform. This powerful platform handles very much like a traditional hull. It allows high speeds, great cornering, and an ability to deal with considerable chop. Engine options allow for up to 300 HP, making that windshield very useful!
Avalon products always have a wide range of options available for prospective owners, to ensure that you can get the exact vessel you want. There are many shelter designs, from a second bimini right up to a full camper enclosure. A wakeboarding tower is a great choice if you plan on pursuing water sports. Options for the console include a Garmin chartplotter, Sea Star power assist steering, and a Sirius sound system.
