MarineMax Port Clinton announced that they will be introducing Galeon Yachts to the Great Lakes market. Galeon is not well known in the United States or Canada as yet. However, Galeon has been manufacturing yachts for more than 30-years and is recognized throughout Europe and around the world for their commitment to innovative designs and exceptional craftsmanship. The Galeon 510 Fly won Boat of the Year at the 2015 Dusseldorf Boat Show and the Galeon line is the most popular yacht line in Germany.

“We are excited to introduce these exquisite yachts to our customers,” offered Keith Teynor MarineMax Port Clinton Store Manager. “The whole team is very impressed by the innovative designs from top naval architects such as the UK’s Tony Castro and the exceptional quality of the build.”

Galeon Yachts are handcrafted in a modern and well equipped 280,000 square-foot facility by over 500 experienced craftspeople implementing the latest marine technologies. All components are custom built in the factory assuring consistent quality throughout the construction process. The advanced operations are governed by cutting-edge management systems and state-of-the-art production technology.

“Galeon combines old-world craftsmanship with the latest boat building technologies. The results are, that every detail on a Galeon Yacht is painstakingly built to the highest standards by experts in their respective fields,” continued Teynor. “With exceptional exterior and interior options, individual customers can have their boat tailored specifically to where and how they boat, making each Galeon Yacht as individual as its owner.”
