Honda Marine and McLaren Engineering Introduce the All-New 300HP Outboard

Honda Marine and McLaren Engineering have joined forces to introduce the groundbreaking McLaren Performance M300 outboard.

This high-performance engine, boasting an impressive 300HP, is engineered to deliver exceptional top-end power while maintaining the reliability and durability that both companies are known for.

Backed by the combined expertise of two powerhouses, the M300 exemplifies innovation and excellence. Honda Marine and McLaren Engineering have joined together to create this high-performance outboard.

Building on McLaren’s rich racing heritage and advanced performance engineering, this model upgrades a Honda V6 BF250 to an impressive 300HP.

McLaren Engineering’s parent company, Linamar Corporation, has been a trusted supplier to American Honda Motor Co. Inc. as they have been manufacturing and building high-precision and high-quality engine components for over a decade.

This latest partnership with Honda Marine aims to deliver even greater value to customers while meeting the evolving demands of the market, with more news coming in early 2025.

The all-new McLaren-Honda M300 engine all started from the existing high-power Honda V6 250HP marine platform, the proven Honda 3.6-liter engine that integrates Honda’s durability, quality, reliability, and performance-leading technologies including:
