The 2024 Poker Run season is quickly approaching! Don’t miss your opportunity to take in the sights and sounds of these exhilarating events.

In the heart of a vibrant Canadian summer, the waters of Ontario come alive with the exhilarating spectacle of poker runs hosted by Poker Runs America. With three spectacular events lined up, anticipation crackles in the air, drawing boating enthusiasts and families alike to the shores of some of Ontario’s most scenic locations.

The first event, the Bay of Quinte Poker Run & Rendezvous, kicks off in Belleville, Ontario, on July 12-13, 2024.

The concept is simple yet captivating: participants embark on a journey that’s not about speed but about chance and strategy. Each boat becomes a vessel of hope as it charts a course through the sparkling waters, stopping at five checkpoints to collect sealed envelopes containing a single playing card. The cards hold the key to victory.

For those seeking another taste of the high-octane excitement of performance boating, the Lake Ontario Poker Run & Rendezvous awaits in Port Dalhousie on August 23-24, 2024. Much like in the Bay of Quinte, this event will also be open to family boats like pontoons, fish boats, bow-riders, and cruisers.

Safety is paramount, with marshal boats, local police marine units, and the Coast Guard standing as vigilant guardians, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all. But beyond safety, these events carry a deeper purpose. Fundraising efforts throughout the poker runs support regional charities, embodying the spirit of giving back to the community.

Host communities at each checkpoint offer a plethora of activities, from waterfront festivals to unique attractions, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

But the excitement doesn’t end there. The 1000 Islands Poker Run in Kingston, Ontario, on August 9-11, 2024, promises thrills and adventure on the shimmering waters of the St. Lawrence River. It’s a culmination of speed, skill, and sheer determination as participants vie for the coveted title of champion.

For in the world of poker runs, victory isn’t just about winning—it’s about the journey, the camaraderie, and the memories shared with friends and family.
