2023 Princecraft Ventura 23 RL

All new for 2023, this versatile aluminum deck boat can comfortably accommodate up to eleven passengers and is available with Mercury engines ranging from 150 to 250 HP. Princecraft has done a fantastic job with the layout of this vessel providing fishability and versatility throughout the entire boat.

This boat has so many cool features from the bow to the stern. The large bow platform can insert a pedestal seat for casting and permanently mount a 24-volt Minn Kota Power Drive bow-mount electric trolling motor that offers 70 lbs of thrust to the port side. Done fishing for the day? The entire casting platform lifts and is large enough to store the two casting seats and your gear. There is more than enough storage throughout the boat so you will never have to worry where to put your life jackets and fishing gear.  

The cockpit is well designed and functional. With an L-shaped seat on the starboard and a bench to the port just in front of the helm, there is plenty of room for three to four adults to sit comfortably. Immediately aft of the bench seat on the port is a swivel fishing chair that can face forward or swivel aft to be a part of the table seating. To the aft is a flip bench seat large enough for two adults that can also be laid flat to create a colossal sun pad. Immediately past the bench is the rear casting/swim platform that has room for two casting chairs and provides easy access to the water with the extended swim platforms on either side of the motor. The double wide helm seats can also swivel to be a part of the entertainment and lounging area.

The entertainment package also features a ski tow bar and a starboard-side swim platform with a telescoping stainless-steel boarding ladder that ensures water sports enthusiasts can fully indulge in their favourite pastimes. This model from Princecraft can reach up to 51 mph in ideal conditions with the proper horsepower.  

The spacious layout of the dash is functional and resourceful. The optional Simrad multi-function display is not only a fish finder but monitors the engine and controls the radio. Lighted rocker switches and the optional wireless phone charger are to the left of the wheel. The digital shifter is ergonomically mounted to the right of the tilt steering wheel with power steering. The optional premium five speaker stereo system is a must have.

The 23 RL is still a fishing machine. The large 20-gallon electric-filled aerated live well is integrated into the rear casting platform and is 44 inches long to accommodate Muskie, Bass, Walleye and more. There is even a built-in bait well if you want to use live bait. The large lockable rod storage compartment in the floor is big enough to hold a wake board or two, a surfboard, along with rods and reels. 

The deep V reverse chime hull design optimizes performance. The large beam provides stability and ensures that the boat performs and handles better than any other boat in its class.
