Sleek appliances add a sophisticated touch to a boat or RV’s galley. Stylish Franklin Chef FR787S and FR787S-220 stainless steel microwaves from SalVinCo won’t take up too much counter space either. These compact microwaves also feature an easy-clean interior, a Franklin Chef exclusive.
The FR787S operates with 120V, 60 hz and is UL and CUL approved for US and Canadian owners, while the FR787S-220 works on 220V, 50 hz and is CE approved for export. Both models are designed to be exact replacements for other compact models from Tappan, Haier, Contoure, Frigidaire and Sylvania.
Providing 700 watts of cooking power and 1,150 watts of input power, these microwaves measure only 17″ W x 10-1/8″ H x 12-3/4″ D and weigh just 26 lbs. To match the stainless steel exterior, an optional stainless steel trim kit is available.
They also feature a push-button door release and 10″ turntable. Six one-touch menus include popcorn, potato, pizza, frozen veggies, beverage and dinner plate. The microwaves have 10 power levels, 1-6 minute express cook buttons and a 30-second quick-start button. A child safety control panel lock helps stop accidental operation.
